In these companies, we have carried out activities such as:

Guidance of business strategy and structuring of planning;
High-impact analyses and decisions such as on purchase and sale of assets;
Definition of criteria for choice of executives (CEOs, vice-presidents, officers);
Approval of annual and multiyear targets and budgets;
Orientation and validation of investments, among others.

In these companies, we have carried out activities such as

Interaction with supranational bodies, such as the United Nations (UN), to promote advances in sectorial agendas;
Articulation for strategic discussions in different economic sectors;
Analysis and monitoring of sectorial performance, risks and opportunities;
Discussions and recommendations about benchmark practices to be adopted by the members in various areas, such as industrial safety and environmental management;
Definition of strategies for relations with interested parties, such as governments and society.

In these entities, our participation has included:

Advice to Brazil’s President and engagement with public and private sectors in relation to public policies on economic and social development;
Studies and proposals to improve the national policy on foreign trade;
Mobilization of commitments, objectives and targets of common interest;
Articulation of discussions on public policies, regulatory aspects and other strategic questions of the public and private sectors, among other actions.
